The present invention relates to a power converter maximum load test system and a test method thereof, and the power converter maximum load test method mainly consists of the following steps. (a) A test standby power converter is provided. (b) A test standby power converter is installed in the test circuit. (c) In the test circuit, connect the test standby power converter in series to at least one of the two power converters. (d) Connect the test circuit to AC low voltage three phase power. Then, (e) a test is performed for the maximum load test for the standby power converter.
