The present invention discloses a forming drum. The forming drum includes a drum shaft, two side drums symmetrically installed on the drum shaft, and a center drum positioned between the side drums, wherein the center drum includes two half drums that can be inserted and matched to each other in the axial direction. Each of the half drums has a diameter changeable in a radial direction, and the side drum is connected to a half drum adjacent to one side of the side drum of the two half drums, and is movable relative to the half drum. The present invention further discloses a tire forming machine and a tire forming method of the tire forming machine.
