Provided is a negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery comprising a lipophilic coating layer, a method of manufacturing the same, and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery of the present invention is formed on a metal film having a pore wall defined by a plurality of pores and pores, on the surface of the pore wall, and on a lipolithic coating layer and a lipolithic coating layer, which are nitrides of the metal of the metal film. It may include a lithium metal layer formed on. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the structural stability of lithium metal and the electrochemical performance of the cell through surface treatment with a lipophilic coating layer. Accordingly, it is possible to further improve electrochemical performance such as capacity characteristics and rate characteristics of a lithium secondary battery including a lithium metal anode having a three-dimensional structure.
