The present invention relates to a crystalline form of an alkynyl pyridine prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor and a method for preparing the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a novel crystalline form of an alkynyl pyridine prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor represented by formula (I). The novel crystalline form of the present invention has good stability and can be better used for clinical treatment. (I)
