The present invention relates to a Creeper Plus protein with improved gene editing functions, including a Creeper associated protein and an exonuclease RecJ. In one embodiment of the present invention, the Creeper Plus protein in which RecJ is bound to the Creeper associated protein has increased knockout and melt efficiency compared to the conventional Chris associated protein. Therefore, the CRISPR PLUS of the present invention provides genetic scissors with improved gene editing efficiency, and when used, can edit genes more stably and efficiently. Accordingly, the CRISPR Plus protein is expected to have excellent business as a protein having an efficient gene editing function that can replace conventional CRISP proteins.
