The present invention relates to road manufacturing materials comprising aggregate, bitumen and plastic materials, wherein: (a) when the road building material is 10 mm stone mastic asphalt, bitumen constitutes at least 4.7% by weight but not more than 5.69% by weight of the aggregate, bitumen and plastic material mixture; (b) when the road building material is 6 mm, 10 mm or 20 mm asphalt concrete, bitumen constitutes at least 3.1% by weight but not more than 4.09% by weight of the aggregate, bitumen and plastic material mixture; (c) when the road building material is hot rolled asphalt, bitumen constitutes at least 4.9% by weight but not more than 5.89% by weight of the aggregate, bitumen and plastics material mixture; (d) When the road-making material is 32 mm heavy, the bitumen constitutes at least 2.4% by weight but not more than 3.39% by weight of the aggregate, bitumen and plastic material mixture.
