The present invention is a technique related to the diagnosis of waterborne foodborne diseases caused by adenovirus, and more specifically, high detection of waterborne adenovirus serotype 41 (Adenovirus-41; AdV-41) that can cause acute gastroenteritis in humans. It relates to a primer set for isothermal amplification reaction and its use for detecting a water-borne adenovirus serotype 41 that can be quickly identified with sensitivity.
