The present invention provides methods and compositions for treating cancer, such as advanced cervical cancer, in a subject, such as by administration of an antibody-drug conjugate that binds tissue factor (TF). The invention also provides articles of manufacture and compositions comprising the antibody drug-conjugate that binds to TF for use in treating cancer (eg, advanced cervical cancer).
