The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fermented mixture of fermented lysate, a fermented lysate, and a cosmetic composition comprising the fermented lysate of the mesembrian temmum ice plant for preventing skin aging and improving skin wrinkles, and more specifically, compared with a non-fermented raw material. It relates to a complex fermentation product of an ice plant and collagen with improved skin aging and skin wrinkle improvement efficacy, a method for manufacturing the same, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same. The ice plant and collagen mixed fermentation product and the fermentation lysate according to the present invention can be very usefully used in the production of functional cosmetics by showing significantly improved skin anti-aging effect and skin wrinkle improvement effect compared to non-fermentation products.
