The worker selection system includes a work skill determination unit, a worker selection unit, an information update unit, and a storage unit that stores various information. The work skill judging unit determines the height of the work skill for the work between a plurality of workers when a work that requires a correspondence occurs, and extracts the low skill worker with the lowest work skill among the plurality of workers. The worker selection unit selects the extracted low-skill worker as a worker corresponding to the work.
