The present invention relates to an ocular phantom for retinal angiography imaging evaluation and a method for manufacturing the same. An object of the present invention is to provide an ocular phantom for retinal angiography image evaluation and a method of manufacturing the same, which can simulate the blood vessel structure and blood flow on the retina more similar to the structure of the actual retina compared to the conventional eye phantom. More specifically, it is to provide an ocular phantom for evaluation of retinal angiography images and a method of manufacturing the same, which includes various types of microfluidic channel structures corresponding to vascular structures formed in an actual retina.
