More specifically, the present invention is a plasma generating apparatus using a dielectric barrier discharge having an electrode structure capable of assembling the inner electrode and the outer electrode while being simple to replace only the outer electrode, and capable of high-efficiency discharge, and an air purifying apparatus including the same. The present invention relates to an air quality management system that can prevent infection in a hospital by using an air purification device and efficiently manage indoor air quality in real time.
