The present invention relates to a method for preparing a bacterial ghost using anaerobic Gram-positive bacteria and sulfuric acid, a bacterial ghost produced by the method, and a use thereof. Therefore, the method for producing a bacterial ghost using sulfuric acid of the present invention is effective as a method for producing a bacterial ghost that is simple and saves time and money because it can suppress only the growth of the outer membrane of the bacteria with little or no modification. In particular, the present invention is more effective as a method for producing bacterial ghost because it can provide optimum conditions when treating the sulfuric acid. In addition, the bacterial ghost produced by the production method of the present invention can also be used for vaccine or foreign antigen carrier use.
