The present invention relates to a method for modifying the surface of an aluminum alloy shell or parts of a generator or vehicle, and a method of hydrophobically treating the surface of an aluminum alloy shell or parts of any one of the generator, automobile, ship, train, and aircraft of the present invention. The three-dimensional anodized film structure is controlled by implementing the pore shape, diameter, and density of the anodized aluminum layer formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy in various forms such as pillar-on-pores through control of silver anodization voltage and time.
