It relates to a biomarker that predicts the prognosis of lung cancer incidence in smokers. Since mutations in genes according to one aspect have a significant correlation with smoking status, the survival rate or recurrence rate of lung cancer patients, predict the likelihood of lung cancer in smokers or treat lung cancer. Variants of these genes can be used as markers in predicting prognosis to determine strategies.
