摘要

The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting immune response inhibition of Regulatory T cells (Treg) using a fusion protein containing a peptide that specifically binds to Neuropilin 1 (NRP1). The fusion protein comprising a peptide specifically binding to neuropilin 1 according to the present invention reduces the proportion of regulatory T cells among CD4+ T cells in tumor tissue and inhibits the activity of regulatory T cells penetrating into tumor tissue. By doing so, it is possible to down-regulate the immunosuppressive response in the tumor tissue without systemic toxicity, and thus high effects can be expected in the treatment of tumors.
