Antibody construct-drug conjugate for the treatment of hepatitis

Various compositions are disclosed for the treatment of viral infections. Also disclosed is a composition of a conjugate comprising an antibody construct attached to a myeloid cell agent via a linker. Methods of making and using the conjugate are further provided. Methods of treating viral infections such as viral liver disease are included.
