The present invention relates to an immobilized lipase for synthesizing diisononyl adipate, a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing diisonyl adipate using the same, and the immobilized enzyme for synthesizing diisononyl adipate of the present invention is a relatively inexpensive commercial liquid lipase Eversa Transform 2.0 ( Thermomyces lanuginosus ) as an enzyme and hydrophobic Lewatit VP OC 1600 as a carrier. Completely synthesized diisononyl adipate from isononyl alcohol and adipic acid at low temperature and at a rapid rate. It is expected to be useful in the food packaging industry as it has the effect of being able to efficiently and economically manufacture diisononyl adipate.
