The oil-in-water cosmetic composition according to the present invention uses natural polymers in place of synthetic polymers including polyethylene glycol surfactants, and contains fatty alcohols, lecithin surfactants, and anionic surfactants in the composition. It is possible to provide a cosmetic composition having low viscosity change and particle size change, and no precipitation at high and low temperatures, and excellent emulsion stability.
