The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane containing a cell-specific adhesion control material, comprising a polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid and a glutaraldehyde crosslinking agent. Cell adhesion is controlled by electrospinning an aqueous solution and a substance that can enhance or control cell adhesion, and then treatment with hydrochloric acid vapor and dimethylformaldehyde solvent, followed by treatment with sodium hydroxide.
