In the orthodontic wire manufacturing system considering the elastic restoring force and the orthodontic wire manufacturing method using the same, the orthodontic wire manufacturing system includes a tooth data acquisition unit, a simulation unit, a comparison operation unit, and a wire manufacturing unit. The tooth data acquisition unit acquires current tooth data of the patient. The simulation unit simulates and generates final orthodontic tooth data. The comparison operation unit compares the current tooth data of the patient with the final orthodontic tooth data and compares it with a preset threshold. The wire manufacturing unit selectively manufactures a wire for orthodontic treatment for performing orthodontic treatment for a patient's teeth and a wire for dental maintenance treatment for performing dentition maintenance for a patient's teeth, based on a result of comparison with the threshold value.
