Disclosed is a recording medium in which a program for executing a voice emoticon editing method and a voice emoticon editing method is recorded. The present invention is implemented through a process in which a user terminal receives emoticon selection information from a user and maps a user's voice input through the user terminal and an emoticon selected by the user. According to the present invention, since a user can map and send his/her voice to an emoticon, it is possible to more effectively convey his/her emotional state to a conversation partner through fostering combined with the visual image of the emoticon.
