The present invention relates to an absorption type cold or hot water machine that minimizes the generation of crystals in a pipe through which an absorbent liquid flows, and an evaporator in which a refrigerant is evaporated, an absorber in which the refrigerant evaporated in the evaporator is absorbed into the absorption liquid to generate a rare solution, and a dilute solution generated in the absorber. Regenerated in at least one of a low-temperature regenerator that regenerates the refrigerant to generate a heavy solution, a medium-temperature regenerator and a high-temperature regenerator that regenerates the refrigerant from the heavy solution generated in the low-temperature regenerator to generate an agricultural solution, and a low-temperature regenerator, a medium-temperature regenerator, and a high-temperature regenerator. A bypass pipe for guiding a part of the heavy solution to the absorber may be connected to an outlet pipe of the low temperature regenerator including a condenser for condensing the refrigerant, and through which the heavy solution generated in the low temperature regenerator is discharged.
