An object of the present invention is to provide an acetylated lactide oligomer-based plasticizer having improved thermal stability, excellent plasticizing performance, and excellent compatibility with a resin, and a method for producing the same. The present invention comprises the steps of: (a) synthesizing a lactide oligomer by ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of an initiator and lactide; (b) performing an acetylation reaction by adding acetic anhydride to the lactide oligomer; And (c) removing the acetic acid and unreacted acetic anhydride produced in the (b) step; and a method for producing an acetylated lactide oligomer-based plasticizer.
