The present invention relates to a PLA resin composition containing low molecular weight lactide oligomer as a plasticizer and to a polylactic acid-based resin plasticizer composition containing a lactide oligomer plasticizer and a polylactic acid resin represented by the following chemical formula 1 having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 130 to 750 g/mol. In the chemical formula 1, R_1 is a methyl group, an ethyl group, a propyl group or a butyl group and n is an integer of 2 to 12 inclusive. The PLA resin composition containing the lactide oligomer as the plasticizer according to the present invention has easy processability and excellent release resistance to water and an organic solvent not to contain a conventional plasticizer synthesized from oil resources, thereby being valuably usable as a medical and an eco-friendly life material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
