Disclosed are a manufacturing method of a burn-in process pocket carrier plate, and a pocket carrier plate and a jig assembly using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of a burn-in process pocket carrier plate comprises the steps of: processing a pocket plate having a plurality of pockets in a circular or square shape in accordance with the shape and alignment direction of an element to be accommodated; processing a base plate coated with a conductive material on a portion where the terminal of the device contacts; applying a high temperature curing bond to the top of the base plate or the bottom of the pocket plate; and performing high temperature curing for bonding the pocket plate to the upper portion of the base plate and mounting the pocket plate on a compression jig to cure at a high temperature.
