The present invention relates to an automation equipment and method for producing syngas and hydrogen from combustible waste and vapor, and more specifically, to an automation equipment and method for producing syngas and hydrogen by decomposing combustible waste and vapor into a gas atom at a high temperature of a plasma torch and recombining the same. The purpose of the present invention is to secure economic feasibility of combustible waste gasification in order to realize production of eco-friendly gas energy and industrialization thereof. To this end, the present invention uses a three-stage gasification reactor in which inflow of air is blocked, supplies oxygen and hydrogen required for gas synthesis by thermally decomposing vapor, automatically controls a production process, and does not have air discharge facilities such as a chimney or the like. The syngas may be used as fuel of a gas turbine generator or as a substitute fuel for LNG (city gas), and hydrogen may be used as fuel of a hydrogen vehicle charging station or hydrogen fuel cell power plant.
