The present invention relates to a fitness care system using a smart band, and more specifically, to a fitness care system using a smart band which uses a wrist-wearable smart band to accurately measure an amount of exercise and reliably performs a health management with the help of a health manager according to the measured amount of exercise. The fitness care system comprises: a smart band which is worn on a wrist of a user to check exercise information including information on heart rates, a body temperature and movement; a mobile terminal which performs a near field communication with the smart band in real time or when necessary, receives exercise information from the smart band, calculates an amount of exercise and calorie consumption to save the same, and guides exercise schedules and dietary menu; a server which receives the exercise information from the mobile terminal to save the same and transmits the exercise information to an expert group; and an expert group terminal which provides information on the exercise schedules and dietary menu through the exercise information for the server or the mobile terminal.
