The present invention relates to a multi-hop cognitive radio network communication system and a method thereof. The multi-hop cognitive radio network communication system of the present invention comprises: a secondary user coordinator (SUC) node included in a first layer, and forming a cluster head of a first cluster; and a secondary user relay (SUR) node for forming a cluster head of a second cluster included in a second layer different from the first layer, and included in the first layer.
