The present invention relates to a raincoat for wearing when rain or snow falls and, more specifically, to a raincoat which comprises: a poncho having a neck outlet in the center while allowing the same to be worn on the body and arm outlets on both sides; sleeves respectively formed at the both arm outlets; a cover forming a storage space to fold the sleeves while sewing on the poncho and covering the shoulder, chest and back; and a collar formed to cover the neck circumference by sewing on the neck outlet. Even if it is worn for a long time, it prevents rainwater from penetrating through the shoulder, back, chest, or neck or penetrating through a sewing part of the sleeves, while being easy and simple access and storage depending on whether the sleeves are used.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
