The present invention relates to a foamed plastic composition comprising a mixed phase change powder masterbatch, and a frozen food packaging container using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a foamed plastic composition comprising a mixed phase change powder masterbatch, wherein the composition improves cold reserving properties inside the frozen food packaging container by blocking an external heat transfer due to the mixed powder containing sodium chloride, which is a phase change material, thereby capable of maintaining the quality of frozen products contained in the frozen food packaging container by minimizing ice crystals that may occur during a distribution process; and to a frozen food packaging container using the composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
