Disclosed is a cooling-type cylindrical diaphragm electrolyzed water generator which comprises: a cylindrical outer housing forming an outer water tank through which raw water and electrolyzed water flow; a corresponding cylindrical outer electrode plate assembled along an inner wall of the outer housing; an inner water tank assembled to be spaced apart from the inner wall of the outer housing, and having a plurality of opening holes and an outer surface sealed with a diaphragm; a cylindrical inner electrode plate assembled along an inner wall of the inner water tank and flowing an electrolyte to a hollow part; the diaphragm flowing the electrolyte between the inner water tank and the inner electrode plate; and a cooling means provided along the hollow part of the inner electrode plate.
