The present invention provides a method for providing a newsletter mailing service including a payment function, which comprises the following steps of: obtaining user information including an application use record of a user terminal, a portal site search record of a user account, mail reading information of a mail account of a user, and user identification information; determining information on a plurality of newsletters including interest content of the user by using a first artificial intelligence learning model learned to obtain interest information of the user; transmitting the information on the newsletters to the user terminal; obtaining a first newsletter subscription fee from the user account in response to a user input requesting a subscription to a first newsletter among the newsletters; determining a layout of a screen for arranging a plurality of content included in the first newsletter by using a second artificial intelligence learning model which has learnt association between the interest information of the user and arrangement of the content; and transmitting the first newsletter configured based on the determined layout to a mail account of the user.
