MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COVER WINDOW USING THIN GLASS FOR SMARTPHONE

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cover window for a smartphone using thin film glass. The present invention is provided to facilitate a printing process by easily maintaining and handling smoothness of thin film glass which is difficult to maintain smoothness of 0.02-0.2 mm. The cover window manufacturing method for a smartphone of the present invention comprises a thin film glass processing process, a glass AF coating process, a glass smoothness maintaining carrier adhesion process, a printing process, a glass protective film lamination process, a carrier separation process, and a glass protective film separation process. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of performing processes such as a printing process by attaching a smoothness maintaining carrier to thin film glass of 0.02-0.2 mm and thus, maintaining the smoothness of thin film glass, which is difficult to maintain smoothness, with convenient and safe treatment.
