ARS ARS Web page based ARS method and digital ARS system

Disclosed are a webpage-based ARS service method and a digital ARS system therefor. The digital ARS system comprises: an ARS server performing a telephone connection with a user terminal; a web server connecting the user terminal with an Internet session; and a mapping server grasping a mapping relationship between first identification information of the telephone connection and second identification information of the Internet session. The web server provides the identification information of the webpage, accessed by the user terminal, to the ARS server, and the ARS server provides a voice guide comment corresponding to the identification information of the webpage to the user terminal through the telephone connection, which is in a mapped relationship with the Internet session.
