The present invention relates to extraction methods of cesium or strontium by three-component phase separation and extraction devices thereof. The present invention selectively separates cesium or strontium and extracts the cesium or the strontium as solids so as to minimize a capacity of radioactive waste. Moreover, excellent economic efficiency can be showed by using inexpensive organic solvents and recycling the organic solvents and extractants remaining after extraction, and the cesium or the strontium can be effectively extracted and removed to a desired level by enabling continuous extraction processes.
