The present invention relates to a cleaning sterilizer for endoscope, which improves the conventional method of repeatedly using for 2 to 3 days as long as 5 to 7 days after injecting a liquid sterilizer in a cleaning sterilizer, and, if necessary, the amount of a powder-type disinfectant is adjusted to suit the purpose, and then the disinfectant is introduced into the cleaning sterilizer and dissolves within a short time in order to be effectively used for disinfection or sterilization of the endoscope.
