The present invention relates to a paper bag manufacturing apparatus and a paper bag, and more specifically, to a paper bag folding apparatus and a paper bag folded therethrough, which enable beautiful finishing of folding in such a way that a lower pressing blade of one row is configured for secondary and tertiary folding, an open guide is provided in turn to enable primary folding with the open guide, and successively a cut line of one row enables finishing of the secondary folding so that no cut line appears on the opposite side surface of a primary folding unit.
