UWB Inteligent safty remote management system for heavy equipment using UWB based proximity warning module

The present invention relates to an intelligent heavy equipment safety remote control system using a UWB communication-based proximity warning module. The intelligent heavy equipment safety remote control system comprises: an access warning module which includes a worker UWB tag attached to a worker, a heavy equipment UWB tag attached to heavy equipment, a facility UWB anchor and UWB tag attached to a fixed facility, and an indicator attached to the heavy equipment to generate a warning when the worker UWB tag, the heavy equipment UWB tag, and the facility UWB tag approach a worker within a predetermined distance; a remote maintenance control unit (RMCU) communicating with the worker UWB tag, the heavy equipment UWB tag, the facility UWB anchor and UWB tag, and the indicator to output information about a warning event and the location and state of the heavy equipment; and a manager terminal communicating with the RMCU to output a display screen for controlling and managing the warning event and the location and state of the heavy equipment. Therefore, the intelligent heavy equipment safety remote control system can integrally control the location and state of the heavy equipment and the safety of the worker at a construction site or an industrial site.
