Embodiments provide a pulse tracking device and method for generating and transmitting a jamming signal appropriate to a threat pulse by real-time tracking a pulse of a threat whose pulse repetition period is changed, and the pulse repetition period of the threat is maintained at a constant value. If the value is changed to another value, the pulse can be quickly tracked to the changed value, and the pulse can be continuously tracked while the change point is detected to quickly synchronize and track the new pulse repetition cycle.
