The present invention relates to a recombinant lentiviral vector comprising a gene encoding a brain-derived quantum factor protein (BDNF), and a cell transfected with a lentiviral produced using the vector. The mesenchymal stem cells expressing the BDNF protein of the present invention are transfected with immunized mesenchymal stem cells with a recombinant lentivirus containing a gene encoding a BDNF protein. The mesenchymal stem cells express the BDNF protein and can regulate BDNF protein expression with the TRE promoter. As a result, the transformed mesenchymal stem cells can be propagated and then the protein can be expressed. The mesenchymal stem cells exhibit high cell proliferation and high BDNF protein expression, and have excellent safety. Therefore, mesenchymal stem cells expressing the BDNF protein of the present invention can be used in the treatment of various neurological diseases as stem cell therapeutics capable of mass production and maintaining the same effect.
