The present invention relates to a crown ether epoxy polymer resin and a lithium adsorbent comprising the same, and provides a configuration in which the crown ether itself is polymerized without a fixed support. The lithium adsorbent including the crown ether epoxy polymer resin as described above has excellent adsorption capacity for lithium ions even in an aqueous system containing low concentration of lithium ions.
