According to one embodiment, provided is a deception apparatus which comprises: a communication unit receiving control information from a control apparatus; a deception signal generation unit generating a deception signal based on the control information and calculating a transmission time point of the generated deception signal; and a transmission unit transmitting the generated deception signal toward a target object at the calculated transmission time point. The control information includes required time information required from a time point when a signal being transmitted toward the target object is received by a signal reception device to a time point when the signal received by the signal reception device is received by the control apparatus and processed and then received by the communication unit.
