An eco-friendly ground reinforcement method of the present invention using the precipitation of calcium carbonate by enzyme derived from microorganisms can use urea decomposition enzymes derived from highly active microorganisms without using non-indigenous microorganisms to replace synthetic resins and cement without disturbing the soils microbial ecosystem, thereby reinforcing slopes and grounds in an environmentally friendly manner. Further, the eco-friendly ground reinforcement method of the present invention can use an extract containing a high concentration of urea decomposition enzymes that are smaller than microorganisms and water-soluble, thereby being advantageous in penetration thereof through pores in the soil, and enables the extract to deeply penetrate through slopes including fine grain soil or soft mixed soil grounds, thereby being capable of solidifying the ground through the precipitation of calcium carbonate. In particular, when applied to the slopes including the fine grain soil or the mixed soil grounds, the eco-friendly ground reinforcement method can reinforce the ground by increasing its compressive strength and ductility while reducing permeability. The method comprises a step of precipitating calcium carbonate by spraying a urea-calcium chloride-mixed solution on the mixed soil ground.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
