According to the present invention, a non-excavation type method for repairing an underground pipe cylindrically unfolds an I-shaped foldable lining pipe (30) by alternately spraying steam and cooling air to the I-shaped foldable lining pipe (30) with a steam and cooling air spray nozzle (12) while inserting, in a folded state, the I-shaped foldable lining pipe (30) into a pipe (60) buried in the ground by using a wire (50) and gradually inserting, into the I-shaped foldable lining pipe (30), a spreading and compression mechanism (10), which is coupled to a front end of a coaxial spring pipe (30) and includes (i) a support shaft (11) having a rotating dual pipe shape, (ii) the steam and cooling air spray nozzle (12), and (iii) four compressive hydraulic mechanisms (13), and then compresses the cylindrically unfolded I-shaped foldable lining pipe (30) against an inner wall of the pipe (60) with the compressive hydraulic mechanisms (13). The non-excavation type method can harden and compress the I-shaped foldable lining pipe (30) on the inner wall of the pipe (60) while unfolding the I-shaped foldable lining pipe inserted into the pipe (60) by using both the pressure of the steam and cooling air and physical compression force so as to greatly reduce hardening time and construction time, thereby reducing odor and air pollution generated during the hardening.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
