The present invention provides a steel structure for a handrail of a balcony in an apartment house, capable of safely and conveniently transporting luggage for moving when a user transports the luggage by using a ladder-equipped moving truck. According to the present invention, the steel structure for a handrail of a balcony in an apartment house includes: a pair of first brackets individually installed at a predetermined height and an inner lower end of a wall on one side of a balcony and having a first insertion hole at an end; a first support handrail installed to rotate around a first fixing hinge inserted into the first insertion hole of the first bracket and formed in a rectangular shape by a horizontal bar and a vertical bar; a first rotation handrail installed at the end of the first support handrail to rotate by a first hinge; a hanging pin protruding from one side of the first rotation handrail; a pair of second brackets individually installed at the predetermined height and an inner lower end of the wall on the other side in the balcony and having a second insertion hole formed at an end; a second support handrail installed to rotate around a second fixing hinge inserted into the second insertion hole of the second bracket and formed in the rectangular shape by the horizontal bar and the vertical bar; a second rotation handrail installed at the end of the second support handrail to rotate by a second hinge; a latch installed to rotate on one side of the second rotation handrail and having a hanging groove in the lower part of an end, wherein the hanging pin is inserted into the hanging groove; and a holder extended from the lower part of a bottom plate forming the floor of the balcony and supporting an upper end of the ladder truck.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
