Disclosed are an apparatus for cleaning an aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery, a method for cleaning the aluminum pouch film for the secondary battery, and an aluminum pouch film cleaned using the same, which are to clean the aluminum pouch film used as an exterior material of the secondary battery. The cleaning apparatus comprises an alkali cleaning member, a first cleaning member, a second cleaning member, a high temperature drying member, and a control member so as to effectively remove rolling oil and foreign substances from the surface of the aluminum pouch film on which a rolling process is completed, thereby improving quality of the secondary battery.
