The present invention relates to a bonding structure of a steel assembly column and a long span steel girder, which is assembled and constructed in a step before placing of concrete for constructing a bonding structure of an SRC structural column and a steel composite girder is implemented. The bonding structure of a steel assembly column and a long span steel girder comprises: an assembly column formed such that a central column made of H-steel, a border column spaced apart from the central column to form an external surface of the column, and an outer plate material arranged between each border column are assembled; and a steel girder which is positioned on an upper portion of a reinforcing supporter installed on the assembly column and of which an end portion is steel-bonded to the assembly column.
