Behavior of Steel Joist Girder Structures with PR Column Bases

The following conclusions can be made from this study: 1. A column base model based on the 'component model' gave good agreement with the test results (within 5%). Based on that model, simplified moment-rotation models can be developed for the column base with two anchor rods and four anchor rods.
