The present invention provides a ground surface-adaptive landing apparatus for a vertical take-off and landing flight vehicle which greatly reduces manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, the ground surface-adaptive landing apparatus for the vertical take-off and landing flight vehicle comprises: a base frame (110) mounted on a lower portion of a fuselage (170) of a vertical take-off and landing flight vehicle including a drone; an X-axis rotation arm unit (120) which is extend-arranged in an X-axis direction on a horizontal plane based on a central vertical axis (L) of the fuselage (170), and allows the center thereof to be hinge-coupled to a lower portion of the base frame (110) to rotate to allow both sides thereof in the X-axis direction to be relatively lifted; and a Y-axis rotation arm unit (130) which is extend-arranged in a Y-axis direction on the horizontal plane, allows the center thereof to be hinge-coupled to both ends of the X-axis rotation arm unit (120) to rotate to allow both sides thereof in the Y-axis direction to be relatively lifted, and has landing legs (134) mounted on both ends thereof and extended downwards to be landed on the ground surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
